It is very hard because most of the time the kids have been in the army for as long as they can remember so they dont remember were they live or what their parents look like. Its very hard for the kids but there are people who are trying to help them. The only problam is that they can only stay there for two years and if the cant find their family in that time then the kids are either sent to an orpanege or if they're to old then they are sent to village specificaly made for those type of people. Most of the time they stay there for two years.

Why do countries use child soldeirs

Certain countries use child soldiers because there aren't many grown men who want to join the army and kids are the next best thing. Also these countries don't want to sacrifice their good soldiers to find land mines, so they use little kids. Kids are also used as human shields. Some times the were even used at sex tools. Its very sad.

The affect on child soldiers has a devastating affect. Kids are put on drugs like cocian and crack eyery day so that they wont be affriad when they go and fight. "sometimes we get so high that we shoot people that are on our side fighting with us," a child soldier said.
